reading a manuscript

Although we are in the process of publishing 2 full length poetry books which should be out soon (1 in April, the other by summer), I have just requested and been given a new manuscript from an author whose work I really enjoy. I have just started reading it and so far, I have not been disappointed. I like reading manuscripts for the first time and imagining the possibilities…
